Welcome to Project Aspire

Your life as you would like it is a work in progress; a project for you to explore, create, and refine. Whether you have already started working on this project or are now ready to begin, I would be honored to be there with you and to offer my support, knowledge, and guidance as you make your way on this very important journey.

Specialty Areas

Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy

Project Aspire is based on the idea that rather than focusing only on one person and their problems, it is often better to also explore the way our relationships with the key people in our lives shape who we are, what we think, and the way we view the world. »Learn More

Autism Spectrum Disorders

While there is a growing amount of resources for individuals on the Autism Spectrum, there continue to be minimal resources for the families of these individuals. Project Aspire recognizes the need to support not only the individuals on the Spectrum, but also their family members, in talking about the struggles and celebrating the successes related to having a family member on the Autism Spectrum. »Learn More

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

When we think of trauma, most of us think of natural disasters, war, terrorism, abuse, and accidents. While these are absolutely traumatic, chances are most of us have experienced other forms of trauma in our lifetime, such as losing a loved one, witnessing something disturbing, and being teased, embarrassed, or yelled at. We all experience situations very differently and we may not have any idea how these events are still impacting us today. EMDR is a technique that has repeatedly proven effective in helping people heal and move on from traumatic experiences. »Learn More

Play Therapy

While adults usually learn and communicate through talking, children learn and communicate through play. Play therapy can help children talk about their thoughts, feelings, and what may be troubling them. »Learn More
