Play Therapy
While adults usually learn and communicate through talking, children learn and communicate through play. Play therapy can help children talk about their thoughts, feelings, and what may be troubling them.
A different approach for helping children
Roger and Brittany brought their six year old daughter Maggie in for therapy, stating, "We've tried everything and she just won't talk and can't sleep through the night. What are we doing wrong? What more can we do?" Within a few sessions, Maggie was able to express herself and her feelings through play therapy.
Therapy can help!
Sometimes children don't have the words to describe what they are feeling and going through. If your child is having a difficult time talking about what is going on, then play therapy could help. If you'd like to learn more, please email
